Using case studies, participants will develop the tools, techniques, knowledge, and skills necessary to develop an idea into a fundable project. We discuss starting points to place the project on solid footing. The content covers ideation, creating a supportive campus network, building teams, and concludes with finding and understanding solicitations. We include tips and suggestions for recognizing when ideas have funding potential. These skills are readily transferable to your own idea or project.
In the interest of protecting participant intellectual property, we request that you do not use your own project and ideas within the clinic. At the conclusion of the clinic, if participants still have questions related to their own project, they are entitled to a one hour confidential consultation with F&A staff.
